This is a brand new wine from Kistler and a 1st release. It is a blend of their top single-vineyard Pinot Noirs from around the Russian River Valley.
2009 Dr. F. Weins Prum Riesling Spatlese DRY, Mosel Valley, Germany $25, reg $35
Riesling grapes were harvested with enough sugar to make a dessert wine, but instead were fermented dry. This is an amazing Riesling that could age indefinitely.
2009 Bacio Divino ‘Pazzo’, Napa Valley $25, reg $29
‘Pazzo’ means ‘crazy’ in Italian, which describes this crazy and extremely drinkable Napa blend of Sangiovese, Syrah and Cabernet.

Meet our Wine Director: Ed Manetta
Ed Manetta has worked in the wine industry for over 15 years and was certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers in 1999. In 2002, he became a University of California, Irvine wine instructor and is currently the most tenured wine instructor at UCI. In 2010 he passed the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Advanced Certificate with Merit and is currently enrolled in the WSET Diploma Level program. This is their highest level, and upon completion in early 2013, Ed will enter into the Master of Wine program.
